#3 Woods

#3 wood shafts are men's standard length when installed in matching Ping head. The shaft only with adapter and grip measure about 42 1/4 inches including the tip length, without the tip are approx. 41 3/4 inches.

When shaft is installed on the club head the club head itself adds about 3/4 inch to the length bringing it to the factory length of 43 inches long.

#5 Woods

#5 wood shafts are men's standard length when installed in matching Ping head. The shaft only with adapter and grip measure about 41 3/4 inches including the tip length, without the tip are approx. 41 1/4 inches.

When shaft is installed on the club head the club head itself adds about 3/4 inch to the length bringing it to the factory length of 42 1/2 inches long.

Adapters

You can use a right hand adapter in a left hand club but adjustment will be the opposite - for example plus one degree with wrong adapter will adjust minus one degree
