Shafts are men's standard length when installed in matching Ping head. The shaft only with adapter and grip measure about 45 inches including the tip length, without the tip are approx. 44 1/2 inches.

When shaft is installed on the club head the club head itself adds about one inch to the length bringing it to the factory length of 46 inches long.

You can use a right hand adapter in a left hand club but adjustment will be the opposite - for example plus one degree with wrong adapter will adjust minus one degree
