What does this mean?

This shaft was a demo shaft from a Fitting cart and can be installed into any .370 tip iron head

Iron shaft installed into a typical TaylorMade parallel tip (.370) #7 iron head will be - 1/2 inch length or 36.75 inches long*

*As a general point of reference, in order to achieve standard length you need a combined grip and shaft length of 36 1/8 inches before installing on to 7 iron. Included in that length is a small plastic bore plug that TaylorMade puts in the tip of the shaft - it keeps epoxy from going into the shaft, and if removed and not replaced club will be minus 1/16 inch. The exact length may vary slightly based on varying club head designs, the lengths quoted above are based on current TaylorMade Qi irons.
