If you are able to add an item to your shopping cart then we have it in store. The only exception to that is logo and personalized golf balls which must be made up for you.
The only other time is the occasional and rare inventory error where we believe we have the item in store but when we go to ship it we find it is not actually there. We work hard to ensure this does not happen but sometimes it still does anyway.
We do not list items on our website that we don't have instantly available unless otherwise stated as a pre-order.
If you are driving a long way to our store to pick up an item it is always a good idea to purchase online and then select in store pickup. After you place the order you will receive a follow up email confirming your item is ready to be picked up.
