Curbside Pickup and Covid-19 FAQ

How does curbside pickup work?

1. Purchase online through our website

2. Watch for email that confirms your order is ready for pickup - usually within 24 hours or less

3. Drive to store during  hours below and call us from parking lot with your order number - we will bring items to your vehicle (signature may be required for some purchases)

Curbside pickup hours: Mon-Fri 9-6 Sat 9-5

Alternatively if you already know what you would like you can call us from our parking lot, pay over the phone, and we will bring items out to you


Covid-19 FAQ

Am I allowed to go into the store?

No due to provincial lock down no one is allowed in store at this time, we can only bring items out to you in the parking lot

Are your staff wearing any ppe?

Yes our staff wear face masks and sometimes use disposable gloves as well. Not all work can be performed with gloves on so if you are having any work done (re-grips, repairs or soft spikes replaced etc.) or items shipped to you be prepared to have items handled by someone without gloves on

Can I return an item?

Yes, just bring the item and your receipt to our store, call us from the parking lot and someone will come out to get the item. Once item is inspected we will let you know what your options are.

Items that are returned are now quarantined for 72 hours before putting back out for sale.

Do you still take trade ins

We are, but you will have to wait in parking lot for us to assess the value or possibly leave larger quantities with us for appraisal. 

You can bring them to the store and call us from the parking lot, same process as curbside pickup as stated at top of this page. You may not personally bring them into the store

Keep in mind we don't pay cash for trade ins, you can get either other merchandise or a gift card

Also we quarantine items that are traded in now for 72 hours now before putting them out for sale

Are you still doing Re-gripping & Club Repairs?

Yes we are still doing regripping and repairs, however you will need to be able to decide on which grip and/or shaft you would like without coming into the store and handling those items (this is often important in choosing which item you would like to purchase)

Same process as curbside, bring your clubs to the store and call us from the parking lot during the hours listed above. Please do not bring clubs into the store yourself.

Do you accept cash?

Yes we are still accepting cash payments

Do you accept debit card payments?

Not right now as that would be more suited to in store shopping that is currently not allowed

Can I still use my plastic gift card that was purchased in store?

We can arrange for you to use it, first thing to do is decide exactly what you would like to purchase and email us that info. Once we have order put together we can call you for payment over the phone of both your gift card and another credit card.
