The new PRO Series features Advanced Bend Profile Design (ABP) – A technology led by fitter feedback and proven through ongoing enso® analytics. ABP targets specific locations within a section of the shaft to substantially alter stiffness, independent of that section’s overall bend profile.
In the same way Fujikura directly targeted torque and twist within certain sections of VENTUS TR, ABP takes the same approach with varying bending stiffness. By addressing stiffness in such specific and precise locations, performance can be shaped and enhanced by amplifying the overall feel, stability, and playability of the shaft.
The new PRO Series also combines premium, lower resin content materials and accelerated taper, building on Fujikura’s established and proven product history of custom bend profiles. There are two launch profiles within the 2024 PRO Series:
PRO Blue – A mid launch/mid-low spin option suited for a wide-range of player types and swing speeds offering increased launch without excess spin and a smooth overall feel.
PRO Black – A low launch/low spin option that maintains the same weight and ABP profile as PRO Blue in a stouter configuration.
Providing golfers with outstanding feel and ball speed increases, the PRO series showcases several of its unique performance benefits from analytics and research derived from the successful VENTUS line.
Positioned between the Vista Pro and VENTUS lines, the PRO line has historically been a favorite of club fitters offering a versatile series of options for drivers and fairway woods in a wide range of weights and flexes.
