Shafts are men's standard length when installed in matching Ping head. The shaft only with adapter and grip measure about 44 1/4 inches including the tip length, without the tip are approx. 43 3/4 inches.
When shaft is installed on the club head the club head itself adds about one inch to the length bringing it to the factory length of 45 1/4 inches long.
You can use a right hand adapter in a left hand club but adjustment will be the opposite - for example plus one degree with wrong adapter will adjust minus one degree
