What does this mean?

Shaft length with grip is approx 36 1/8 inches long, once assembled club will be approx 37 1/16 inches long (plus 13/16 inch from standard) depending on hosel length etc (TaylorMade Qi iron head used a reference for club length) The shaft has an Arccos in the grip, if using a grip without Arccos on this shaft it will be approx + 5/8 inch length

This shaft can be installed into a .370 tip iron head.
