What does this mean?

Shaft length with grip is approx 35 3/4 inches long, once assembled club will be approx 36 11/16 inches long (about -1/2 inch less than standard) depending on hosel length etc (Cobra DS Adapt iron head used a reference for club length)

This shaft was a demo shaft from a Fitting cart and can be installed into a .370 tip iron head
