The Tech Story
Wilson Staff engineers sought to create an iron that possessed tour-quality feel, feedback, and response. To accomplish this feat, the company forged the iron heads from soft 8620 carbon steel which gives the Tour V6s all the attributes Wilson Staff wanted them to have. The irons also feature 20 grams of tungsten weighting that lowers the center of gravity and provides optimal forgiveness from the long irons to the gap wedge. Finally, Wilson Staff placed their Impact Area Mass into the cavities of the irons to provide additional forgiveness and feedback on mis-hit shots.
